SHOES:

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
• Returns are accepted on all full-price Shoes within 14 days of delivery.
• Shoes must be un-worn.
• Please note that all sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  

To be eligible for a refund:

• We offer one exchange per item. After the first exchange, the item becomes final sale.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
• International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Anne Barge is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

Please Note:

• Items that qualified for free shipping and are returned without an exchange will have our standard shipping fee deducted from the refund amount.
• Items marked as “FINAL SALE” are non-returnable and non-exchangeable—no exceptions.

• You may cancel or request changes (style, color, or size) to your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 48 hours, no changes or cancellations can be made, and your payment will be forfeited.

• All gowns are made to order and considered final sale. As such, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
