Shipping/Warehouse Specialist

Full-Time | Atlanta, GA | From $18.00 per hour

Known for combining timeless silhouettes with modern details, Anne Barge uses the most refined fabrics, embellishments, and embroidery to create beautiful and elegant gowns, separates, and accessories. The collections have been featured internationally in top publications including Vogue, Martha Stewart Weddings, Brides, The New York Times, Town & Country, Grace Ormonde, WWD, and New York Magazine.

Anne Barge is currently seeking a Shipping/Warehouse Specialist. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is extremely detail oriented, and has a passion for organization and logistics. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running to bring structure and efficiency to our shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain warehouse space, including packing stations, conveyor areas, and workflow systems to support QC and shipping operations
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments: unpack deliveries from factories and prepare outgoing packages for retailers and brides
  • Ensure accurate documentation, labeling, and processing of each shipment
  • Monitor and reorder shipping and office supplies to keep the department fully stocked and operational
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Collaborate closely with the Quality Control and Production teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of gowns and accessories
  • Assist with steaming and pressing garments as needed
  • Help implement systems to improve warehouse flow and organization

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — precision is essential in this role
  • Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify inefficiencies and take initiative to solve problems
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, inventory systems, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a Part-Time Bridal Stylist to join our team and provide exceptional service to brides as they prepare for their special day. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream dress.Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their style preferences, wedding themes, and expectations for their bridal gown and accessories.
  • Product Knowledge: Inform clients about the latest bridal styles, silhouettes, colors, and customization options available.
  • Measurements & Fittings: Accurately take and record client measurements to ensure the perfect fit.
  • Styling & Accessorizing: Offer expert guidance on accessorizing gowns to complement the bride’s overall look.
  • Availability: Working weekends is mandatory. Hourly wage plus commission as compensation.
