QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT

Full-Time | Atlanta, GA | From $18.00 per hour

Role Summary
A Quality Control Assistant is a detail-oriented, hands-on role that helps unhold Anne Barge’s high standards across all products and collections. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and partner closely with our QC, Shipping and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visually and physically inspect bridal and evening gowns to ensure all production standards are met, including correct sizing, construction, and finishing.
  • Perform basic garment corrections as needed (e.g., hand sewing repairs or reinforcements).
  • Log and document gowns that have been reviewed, noting any irregularities or corrections.
  • Communicate findings to the QC Coordinators and collaborate closely with the production team to uphold quality expectations.
  • Steam, press, and prepare garments to meet presentation standards.
  • Assist with unpacking, packing and general order-flow tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic hand-sewing skills
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Trial Period
Employment begins with a two-week paid trial period. Completion of the trial does not guarantee continuation into a full-time position.

Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
