Sometimes a bride just falls in love with two dresses. The choice is too hard to decide between them, and you are not one who can do the dress change mid-wedding. So, what do you do? Simple…make one a color and wear it to your rehersal dinner. Any Anne Barge retailer can help you with this, and the color options are endless. Not to mention, you can wear the colored one again and again. ┬áThe one we have pictured here was cut short and made red. We thinkit turned out amazing, and the bride got both dresses she loved. Sometimes you can have your cake and eat it too!

We are so lucky to be the cover dress for this issue of Chicago Brides Magazine. We love this shot of our gown, and we adore the happy bouquet pictured with it. Thank you so much Chicago Brides Magazine! While you can only find this magazine on Chicago newstands, you can see more at…

Today’s (well, last weeks) featured dress comes from our newest collection. This is not your mother’s lace gown. The traditional aloncon lace bodice sits a top a modern assymetrical tulle skirt. The skirt’s layers are edged with horsehair to add texture and volume, and a beautiful satin ribbon at the waist draws the eye to your smallest point. This dress is perfect for any time of year and any venue. It fits most body types, and possible changes include adding straps and changing the sash color. Someway, somehow all of our posts on our Anne Barge blog were deleted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and if you have any questions about previous post please feel free to email me at Ginny@AnneBarge.com. I am going to try and re-post all the old post with new ones to get as many back as possible. Thank you so much for your understanding, and keep on reading! “Keep new posts, but love the old…one is silver and the other gold!”
